1. About Kingdom Expansion AI

Kingdom Expansion AI is a business-to-business technology and consulting company that provides business-growth, website, automation, artificial-intelligence, customer-engagement, lead-management, appointment, consulting, and related solutions.

Our website and services are intended primarily for adults acting as business owners, entrepreneurs, professionals, or authorized representatives of businesses or organizations.

2. Eligibility

4. Services and Client Engagements

The scope, pricing, implementation requirements, payment obligations, support terms, deliverables, and other conditions applicable to a paid client engagement may be established in a separate proposal, Master Service Agreement, statement of work, order, or other applicable agreement.

Nothing on the public website should be interpreted as modifying an executed client agreement.

Kingdom Expansion AI may modify, improve, replace, discontinue, or introduce website features, products, service offerings, or functionality from time to time, subject to any obligations contained in an applicable client agreement.

5. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Services

Certain Kingdom Expansion AI products and services may incorporate artificial intelligence, automation, or other technology-assisted functionality.

AI-generated or automated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unexpected results. Customers and users remain responsible for reviewing information and making appropriate business decisions based on their particular circumstances.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Kingdom Expansion AI does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, accounting, investment, or other regulated professional advice.

Users should obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals when such advice is required.

Any rights granted to a client regarding specific deliverables will be governed by the applicable client agreement.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website and services may integrate with or rely upon third-party technology, platforms, applications, infrastructure, payment processors, communications providers, artificial-intelligence providers, or other services.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and technical limitations.

Kingdom Expansion AI does not control independent third-party services and cannot guarantee their continuous availability, performance, security, or future functionality.

Where a client engagement depends upon a third-party service, additional terms may be established in the applicable client agreement.

9. Accounts and Information

Where a feature requires account credentials, access links, or other authentication information, you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality and for activities occurring through access under your control.

You agree to provide information that is reasonably accurate and current when submitting information to Kingdom Expansion AI.

Our collection and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Payments, Fees, and Recurring Services

Prices, setup fees, recurring fees, payment schedules, deposits, subscription terms, and other commercial conditions for paid Kingdom Expansion AI services will be disclosed in the applicable proposal, checkout process, order, or client agreement.

Where a service includes recurring charges, the applicable commercial terms will describe the amount or method for determining the charge, billing frequency, and applicable cancellation or termination provisions.

Nothing in these website Terms independently creates a recurring payment obligation unless the applicable offer, transaction, or agreement clearly establishes one.

Where applicable law provides additional rights regarding automatic renewals, recurring services, cancellation, or billing disclosures, Kingdom Expansion AI will administer applicable consumer transactions in accordance with those requirements.

11. SMS Messaging Terms

Kingdom Expansion AI offers optional SMS communications to individuals who provide the appropriate consent.

Program Description

Depending on the messaging program for which you enroll, Kingdom Expansion AI SMS messages may include customer-care communications, responses to inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling communications, requested follow-ups, service-related updates, and other communications relating to your interaction with Kingdom Expansion AI.

Consent to one type of SMS communication does not automatically constitute consent to unrelated marketing or promotional SMS communications.

Opting Out

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive a final message confirming that your opt-out has been processed. You will not receive additional messages from that applicable messaging program unless you subsequently provide appropriate consent again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Nothing in this section limits any express commitment or guarantee contained in an applicable written client agreement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kingdom Expansion AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from use of the public website or general informational content.

Liability relating to paid client services will be governed by the applicable client agreement where one exists.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Kingdom Expansion AI harmless from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.

This provision does not expand or replace any indemnification obligations established in a separately executed client agreement.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to our website or services when reasonably necessary because of unlawful activity, security threats, misuse, nonpayment where applicable, violation of applicable agreements, or risks to Kingdom Expansion AI, our systems, customers, or third parties.

Termination of a paid client engagement remains subject to the termination provisions contained in the applicable client agreement.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute arising from a separately executed client agreement will be governed by the dispute-resolution and governing-law provisions of that agreement.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our website, services, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.

When these Terms are updated, we will post the revised version and update the Effective Date shown above.

Material changes affecting an existing paid client engagement will remain subject to the applicable client agreement and applicable law.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

20. Entire Agreement and Relationship to Client Agreements

These Terms constitute the general terms governing use of the Kingdom Expansion AI public website and services to which these Terms apply.

For paid client engagements governed by an executed Master Service Agreement, approved proposal, statement of work, order, or other written agreement, those documents may establish additional or different terms.

In the event of a conflict regarding a specific paid engagement, the applicable executed agreement controls.
